Reverse recruitment

This project focuses on the concept of reverse recruitment, where instead of applying to random jobs, a professional builds a structured system to track and target the most relevant opportunities. The goal was to streamline the job search process for MuleSoft remote roles by collecting, analyzing, and organizing job data from multiple online platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Dice.

To manage this efficiently, a Google Sheet-based tracking system was created. It records key details like job title, posting date, company name, job link, source, and contract status. This helps monitor applications, follow up systematically, and maintain a clear overview of all active opportunities — making the job search process faster, smarter, and more data-driven.
